Our apartment “Cipresso 2” is in a quiet location, in the alleys of Acquaseria and the beautiful surrounding gardens, just 30 m from the lake. This apartment is particularly suitable for families with children as it is just a 1-minute walk from the lakeshore.
This location is perfect for families with children as you can quickly switch between the apartment and the lake. The lake is a dream for children as children can swim there. The beach is mostly flat. “Dam building” is particularly popular with young and old. A small mountain stream that flows into the lake on the beach makes the hearts of countless “building enthusiasts” beat faster. For a change, there is a public barbecue area and a small playground on the beach in the shade of the trees. In the evening you can visit a pizzeria right on the lake in 2 minutes. From there you can enjoy a short walk along the lake, where there is another playground.

From the terrace you look directly towards the lake and the mountains opposite. The entire residential complex is quiet and our apartment is a place of relaxation. There are only a few apartments in the complex that have such a large terrace .
We attach great importance to a good attitude to life – even on vacation. With functional and attractive furnishings, we would like to give you this feeling of “welcome home”.
