Our flat ‘Cipresso 2’ is situated in a quiet location, in the alleys of Acquaseria and the beautiful surrounding gardens, only 30 metres from the lake. This flat is particularly suitable for families with children, as it is only a 1-minute walk from the lake shore. This flat was completely renovated in 2025. You can now enjoy the amenities of a new modern kitchen, a modern bathroom with walk-in shower and much more.
This location is ideal for families with children as you can quickly move between the flat and the lake. The lake is a dream for children as they can swim there. The beach is mostly shallow. The ‘dam’ is particularly popular with young and old. A small mountain stream, which flows into the lake at the beach, makes the hearts of countless ‘construction enthusiasts’ beat faster. For a change, there is a public barbecue area and a small playground on the beach in the shade of the trees. In the evening, you can visit a pizzeria right by the lake in 2 minutes. From there you can take a short walk along the lake, where there is another playground.

From the terrace you look directly towards the lake and the mountains opposite. The entire residential complex is quiet and our apartment is a place of relaxation. There are only a few apartments in the complex that have such a large terrace .
We attach great importance to a good attitude to life – even on vacation. With functional and attractive furnishings, we would like to give you this feeling of “welcome home”.
